Skiddy Builds is a trading name of Reqoo Ltd ("Skiddy", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17064295. By creating an account or using the service you enter into an agreement with Reqoo Ltd on these terms. You can reach us at support@skiddybuilds.com.

By creating an account, purchasing a Skiddy Blueprint, subscribing to Skiddy Companion, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using SkiddyBuilds. You confirm you are of legal age and, where you use the service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind it.

SkiddyBuilds generates personalised campervan conversion plans, stage guidance, system sizing estimates, product suggestions, downloadable documents and (for members) the Ask Skiddy assistant and premium knowledge centre. Guidance is informational planning support based on the details you provide.

It is not a substitute for a qualified electrician, gas engineer, structural engineer, vehicle technician or your insurer. Electrical, gas, LPG and structural work must be carried out and signed off in line with UK regulations by competent persons. You are responsible for the safety, legality, insurance and DVLA notification of your own vehicle and conversion.

Keep your login credentials confidential — you are responsible for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date; your blueprint quality depends on it.

You must not misuse the service. In particular, you must not:

• use SkiddyBuilds for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam;
• infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• interfere with security — no malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing technical or plan limits;
• resell, redistribute or publish Skiddy blueprints, PDFs or knowledge content, or reverse engineer the service;
• submit content to the Builder Intelligence Network that is unlawful, unsafe, misleading, or that you do not have the rights to share.

Ask Skiddy and blueprint generation use AI models. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and must be checked before you spend money, cut metal or wire anything. You are responsible for your prompts, the content you submit, and how you use the outputs. We may moderate, filter, restrict or remove content and suspend accounts for misuse. Rights holders can contact support@skiddybuilds.com to request takedown of infringing content; repeat infringement leads to termination.

We own the SkiddyBuilds platform, software, knowledge content, templates and branding. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service and your generated documents for your own conversion projects.

You keep ownership of content you upload (photos, notes, insights) and grant us a limited licence to host and process it to run the service. Community submissions are only used to improve guidance if you choose to share them, and can be withdrawn at any time from Settings.

The Skiddy Blueprint is a one-off purchase covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. Skiddy Companion is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We work hard to keep SkiddyBuilds available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change as the product develops.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can close your account at any time from Settings; deletion permanently removes your builds, documents and conversations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, data or goodwill, or for build costs, materials, workmanship or vehicle damage arising from decisions you make. Our total aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. You may not assign your rights without our consent; we may assign in connection with a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
