Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee

If you buy the Skiddy Blueprint (£49.99 one-off) and are not satisfied for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No justification is required. We only ask what fell short so we can improve the product.

This applies even if your blueprint has already been generated and downloaded. Once a refund is issued, access to the paid blueprint and its downloads ends.

Subscriptions

The Skiddy Companion membership (£9.99 per month) can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Your access → Manage subscription. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and you will not be billed again.

The current billing period is non-refundable, including part-used months. Cancelling stops future payments rather than refunding the month in progress.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

• Visit paddle.net with your order email or receipt reference, or
• email support@skiddybuilds.com and we will process the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Exceptional circumstances

If something has genuinely gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a payment you did not authorise, a blueprint that failed to generate, or a technical fault that stopped you using what you paid for — email support@skiddybuilds.com and tell us what happened. We will review it individually and put it right where we can.

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK consumer law where those rights apply.
